VTS Expands UK Team with Nine New Appointments

John Campbell joins VTS as Senior Director, new team hired to accelerate UK rollout of VTS Market

London – 3 March 2022 – VTS, the commercial real estate industry’s leading leasing, marketing, and asset management technology platform, announces significant growth with nine new appointments to its UK team. The appointments follow a year of rapid momentum for VTS, which included doubling its UK headcount in 2021, and reflect its desire to continue to cement itself as the industry-standard platform for commercial real estate.  

The new hires include real estate veteran John Campbell as Senior Director and Market Activation Manager, who will be responsible for leading broker activation at VTS. In a career spanning over 25 years, John has worked at several leading real estate firms including Lambert Smith Hampton and DTZ, representing tenants and landlords in all aspects of the leasing process. He joins VTS from WeWork where he was Head of Global Referrals and will be leveraging his contacts and experience in the proptech sector for VTS.

Accelerating the rollout of VTS Market in EMEA, VTS has hired Manisha Patel as Senior Implementation Manager, Adeola Fari-Arole as Implementation Manager and Will Curtis as Content Coordinator for the product. Together, the team has a strong track record of  meticulous execution and performance delivery throughout the full life cycle of a project. VTS Market is the only fully integrated digital marketing solution in commercial real estate. It works seamlessly with VTS Lease and VTS Data for a holistic service, providing leasing teams with the analytics necessary to drive optimum returns.

VTS’ new appointments also include:

-          Rob Cruess Callaghan as Client Advisor

-          Chris Hill as Client Advisor

-          John Milner as Integrations & API Support Advisor

-          Sean-Chance Singleton as Implementation Manager EMEA

-          Rachael Bowles as Office Manager 

Over the past two years VTS has experienced strong growth and momentum, most recently acquiring Lane and launching VTS Rise, the world’s leading tenant engagement platform, following its acquisition of Rise Buildings. VTS has seen the technology quickly adopted across 300 million sq ft of commercial real estate in 161 cities and used by landlords including Blackstone, Hines, and CIM Group. Today, VTS holds the largest global customer base for tenant experience, with an addressable 3 million users across 1,500 buildings within 13 countries utilising VTS Rise. Over the past two years VTS has also launched VTS Data, the industry’s only forward-looking market data product.

In the past year, VTS has also expanded its global company-wide headcount by nearly 50% and its client roster to include international players like Tishman, Oxford, Starwood, Brookfield, CBRE GI, BGO, Blackstone and GLP, among others. Today more than 87,000 office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties are managed on the VTS platform across 44 countries and is utilised by 19 of the 20 largest global asset managers. In 2021 alone, the VTS platform saw a volume of over $31B in leases executed, with over 2B sqft of assets added.
