We have been closely monitoring the rapidly developing situation regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). After careful consideration, and in accordance with health guidance from the CDC, we have come to the incredibly difficult decision to cancel Accelerate 2020.
We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. Our first priority is always the health and safety of all Accelerate attendees, including our employees, customers, and partners. To that end, we believe it would be irresponsible to go ahead with the conference at this time.
If you are a ticket-holder, we will automatically refund your registration fee — no further action is needed from you. If you have booked a hotel room, please cancel directly with the hotel as soon as possible to avoid any fees.
On a personal note, I’m incredibly disappointed by this news. Accelerate is my favorite event of the year — nothing beats being able to spend in-person time with customers and celebrate the incredible innovation in our industry. That said, our team is already working on a plan for Accelerate 2021 which I have no doubt will deliver everything you expected from this year and more. More details to come.
